How To Use Peppermint Essential Oil For Its Various Health Benefits

Peppermint oil is one of the most versatile essential oils in the world. It boasts all sorts of medicinal uses. A few of the most common are topical application to ease skin irritation, internally to ease digestion, and aromatically to relieve nausea and boost the immune system.

The invigorating and antibacterial properties of peppermint oil make it ideal in fighting the common cold, coughs, and sinus problems.

 

How to use:

Fill up a bowl with hot water, dilute 5 drops of our Peppermint Oil and inhale the vapor with slow, deep breaths.

 

Peppermint Oil acts as an expectorant, helping reduce congestion and breaking up mucus while unclogging your sinuses and fighting lung infections.

 

2. Peppermint supports seasonal allergy relief

The cooling and soothing properties of Peppermint Oil help reduce inflammation and improve the health of your sinuses.

 

How to use:

Mix 3 drops of our Peppermint Oil in 5 drops of our Coconut Carrier Essential Oil and massage the blend on your temples, forehead, on the sides of your nose, and on the jawline with slow circular motions.
